Our pricing is based on the scope of assignment and starts from $300. Registration of companies
Our translator will accompany you to the reliable local law company providing high quality services
 for better price. The lawyers will advise on the document required in your case for registration.
Also, in connection with such registration we provide translation/notarization services. The pricing is based
on the type of entity to be registered, scope of lawyers/translators' work. Also, we can e-mail you
the list of document required for registration of the appropriate type of entity and do the major part
of pre-registration work which does not require your presence. In this case your interests will be represented
 by one of our lawyers acting under the Power of Attorney. The average cost of company registration is $2000,
including translation, however, this amount may vary depending on specific terms. Filing for and obtaining a taxpayer identification number
Taxpayer identification number is required to start work or business in Ukraine). Also, it is required by various
authorities for the purpose purchasing property in Ukraine, and in many other instances. Our representative
can accompany you in visiting the appropriate governmental authorities and filing all required forms to obtain
the taxpayer identification number; this process will take a a week and will cost $50 plus all standard stamp
duties/registration fees. As an alternative, our representative can take all above actions under the Power of
Attorney issued by you. In this case our services will cost $90 plus all standard stamp duties/registration fees
(the cost of issuance and notarization of the Power of Attorney not included). If you have such
Power of Attorney issued in you country, we can translate and notarize it. Registration for residence or extension of registration in Ukraine
Our representative can accompany you to the Registration office, help you to execute all forms, submit
the documents & buy the insurance policy as may be required in such a case. In a week you will receive
your documents. This service is $ 100 (insurance police & fees are not included). Advising in writing regarding prices, equipment & services in Ukraine.
Taking into the account the versatility of these services, we usually ask the client to prepare a detailed request
specifying the basic theme or kind of work or services, and any details as appropriate. If, upon reviewing
the client’s request we find out that we are in position to meet the client’s requirements, we develop a detailed
proposal and submit it for the client’s review. If the client is satisfied with our proposal and accepts our terms,
we proceed with the actual work. Our pricing depends on the specific request and such key points as time,
scope of work, methods to be employed and the audience. We sign an agreement under which the client pay
in advance 50 % of the estimated contract value. We will use these finds to cover any expenses
at the initial stage of work. We will submit to the client a report with a detailed breakdown of expenses incurred
by us in connection with the client's assignment. The said advance is partially refundable: e.g. if the client
is not satisfied with any aspect of work, or, due to any reasons, is no longer willing to proceed, we will return
the unused amount. Upon completion of 50% of work, we submit to the client our report. If the clients OKs
the work, we send to the client an invoice 3 days prior to the submission of the report on the completed work.
