Rental of apartments in Ukraine is a good alternative in you prefer reasonable prices, homelike air and privacy  Rental of apartments (flats) around Kyiv downtown districts is available for long and short term.
Short term refers to “day rental” and requires 1 day of prepayment of the daily rent of the apartment.  Once we receive the prepayment, we will immediately send you a letter of confirmation notice.  Check out time for “daily rent” agreements is from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.
However, if you have already arrived in Kiev and for any reasons you do not have a reservation, please call us anyway and we will find you an apartment.
Long term rent means staying for more than 3 months and is calculated on the basis of the actual number of full months of stay.
If you need VIP arrangement and/or transportation from Borispol airport, please notify us in advance and we will make proper arrangements.

Price is for one night stay and depends on the location and interior. All apartments are either in downtown or close to downtown.

Each apartment is clean, cozy and fully furnished, including TV with satellite antenna, fridge and other home appliances in the kitchen, a washing machine, a set of towels and a hair dryer in the bathroom.

Payment is made in Ukrainian national currency according to the rate of exchange at the date of payment.    A 2–room apartment with an additional inner-room in Gogolivska Str. near the US embassy. Two separate rooms: a bedroom (23.8 m²) and a living (20.3m²) which it can be used as a bedroom as well & аn inner room (which can be used as a small dining room, living room or working area, 8.5m²). The total area is 73 m², living space is 52.6 m², kitchen is10.2m² in a brick building with an elevator.
The entrance foyer is clean. 2 entrance doors (one wooden, one armored), lock at the entrance doors- house intercom, plastic windows, 2 balconies (one glass stanza (loggia) & a terrace balcony); one telephone line, cable TV, Internet.
